The R&H Cup at The Drift Golf Club

The inaugural R&H Cup took place last Thursday at The Drift Golf Club — and it was an afternoon to remember.

Played in a Ryder Cup–style format, the group was split into Team Designers and Team The Rest, setting the stage for a competitive yet friendly afternoon of golf.

After some closely fought matches, victory went to Team The Rest, who edged ahead by a narrow margin. Congratulations to the winners, and well played to all who took part.

Special mention to Emma Maile of Grangewood, Mia of Studio Miaki, Sarah Fox of Fox Interior Design who bravely ventured out onto the course for the first time and a warm welcome to Olivia McGuire who works for The Private Office.

A huge thank you goes to Csara Sola Kitchens, ATI Taskworthy, HQR Golf, Castellum and Victoria Stone for generously donating prizes. Their support added to the sense of occasion and celebration.

We’re also proud to share that the event raised approximately £700 for QEF, ensuring the day had not only sporting success but also meaningful charitable impact.

With handicaps ranging from 12 to 43, the competition reflected the inclusive spirit of R&H events, welcoming golfers of all levels to enjoy a memorable corporate day in a unique format.

We’re already looking forward to next year’s rematch as the R&H Cup quickly establishes itself as a highlight of our events and coaching calendar.
