HELPING WOMEN SHOW UP CONFIDENTLY FOR CORPORATE GOLF DAYS

In the UK today, it is still considered the norm for a field of 50-100 players on a Corporate Golf Day, only 1-3 will be Women. At R&H Golf Group, we have been working with Founders, Directors and the Next Generation of female leaders within London’s Prime Residential Property Sector, welcoming them into our community and the World of Golf.

We have experienced great interest, and have over 50 women engaged with our initiative. Our unique 4 stage coaching plan and events schedule allow long-term continuous engagement, so whether you are a total beginner or an experienced golfer you always have space to grow.

The events and coaching programmes are held at Top World 100 and other Award-Winning Courses and venues in London and the Home Counties. We have developed a formula for combining golf and business that works for women, helping them accelerate their growth professionally and personally- every experience is unique.

OUR BESPOKE COACHING PROGRAMME & EVENTS

We have designed a 4 Stage Golf Coaching Programme, containing a mix of continuous development initiatives, playing opportunities, coaching days and signature events.

The R&H Academy and Coaching Days at St Georges Hill Golf Club, a World Top 100 Course is our focus. However, we do run coaching days at Sunningdale Heath (2024 Short Course of the Year & Highly Commended at the 2025 Golf Awards for Great Britain & Ireland) and a Mixed Invitational at The Drift Golf Club.
