Victoria created the R&H Golf Group to provide ambitious business women with access to a golfing community where they can learn the game, develop confidence and feel they genuinely belong.
Golf offers something that is increasingly rare in today's world: quality time. Away from meeting rooms, video calls and large networking events, it creates space to slow down, connect and build authentic relationships. Whether we are learning together, playing together or simply walking the fairways of some of the country's most prestigious golf clubs, the conversations are often as valuable as the golf itself.
The challenges many women face when progressing their careers or growing a business often mirror the challenges found in golf. Confidence, resilience, decision-making, patience and self-belief all play a role. As confidence grows on the golf course, it often grows beyond it too.
Golf is widely recognised as the sport of business. Yet many women still feel excluded from opportunities because they lack the confidence to participate. Our mission is to change that.
