Your Journey
We help professional women access the game of golf and the opportunities that surround it. By building confidence, developing skills and creating enjoyable playing experiences, we support women at every stage of their golfing journey.
What begins with golf often develops into something much bigger: stronger relationships, trusted communities and opportunities that help women thrive both personally and professionally
Every journey starts with confidence
For many women, the biggest barrier to golf isn't a lack of interest, its a lack of confidence and quality time to invest.
Our Coaching Days and Networking Lunches are designed to welcome new members into the community, introduce golf in a supportive environment and help women feel comfortable around the game from day one.
You'll learn golf fundamentals, etiquette and terminology, but more importantly you'll begin to understand how golf can support both your personal and professional growth.
You'll develop:
- Confidence to get started
- Understanding of golf and its culture
- Knowledge of basic etiquette
- Familiarity with golf club environments
- Connections with like-minded women
Most importantly, you'll become part of a community of ambitious professional women who understand that meaningful relationships are built through confidence and quality time together.
Hosted at some of golf's most prestigious venues, our experiences create space for genuine conversation, shared learning and personal growth. What starts as a golf lesson often becomes a trusted relationship, valuable introduction or new opportunity.
Golf creates communities. Communities unlock opportunities. Relationships convert them

Building skills through continuous development and engagement
Once confidence grows, we focus on developing the technical skills needed to enjoy the game and participate more regularly.
Working alongside PGA Professionals at some of the country's finest golf facilities, members receive coaching that develops both technical ability and understanding of how the game is played.
The R&H Academy covers:
- Full swing
- Pitching and chipping
- Bunker play
- Putting
- Course management
- Rules and etiquette
- Scoring and pace of play
But golf development isn't just about technique.
It's about becoming confident enough to step onto the course knowing you belong there

“We aim to provide an opportunity for women within the workplace to understand golfing etiquette, develop more technique and an understanding of the golf swing, and be able to play on the course with confidence”
Dan Scriven, PGA Professional at St Georges Hill Golf Club, Weybridge.

Taking Confidence from the range to the course
Playing on the course is where you truly find a love for the game and realise the full potential of the game both professionally and personally.
Many women can hit balls on a range but do not have the confidence to step onto the course. We aim to build confidence through real playing experiences and on-course support. That's why we created the Momentum Programme.

The programme bridges the gap between coaching and real golf, helping members gain the experience needed to play comfortably on the course.
You'll learn:
- Course strategy
- Club selection
- Pace of play
- Scoring
- Mental resilience
- Golf etiquette in real situations
Most importantly, you'll develop confidence on the first tee.
Because that's where many golfing journeys truly begin.

Unlocking and Converting Opportunities
Golf is widely recognised as one of the most powerful relationship-building environments in business.
As confidence and engagement grows, relationships deepen, opportunities are unlocked and converted.
Our Mixed Invitationals and signature events provide members with the opportunity to play alongside colleagues, clients and industry peers within a welcoming and supportive environment.
These experiences help members:
- Build meaningful relationships
- Expand professional networks
- Gain confidence in business golf settings
- Develop networking skills on the course
- Participate confidently in corporate golf events
This is where the power of the R&H community becomes most visible.
Because our goal isn't simply to develop golfers.
It's to create a community where relationships flourish, opportunities emerge and women feel empowered to participate fully in every aspect of the game.

Every golfer starts somewhere, and even the world's best players never stop developing their skills. We believe the same is true in business and in life.
At R&H Golf Group, we support ambitious women at every stage of their golfing and professional journey. More than a coaching and events programme, we are a community where women learn, grow and support one another through shared experiences both on and off the course.
