Welcome to The R&H Golf Community!
The R&H Golf Group was formed with one simple goal in mind, to create the ultimate private members golf society for Women In Industry. To do this, we must work to actively dismantle the barriers that have traditionally kept working women from fully embracing the game of golf and realising the potential for professional networking and personal growth.
We do this by:
Organising a variety of Women’s only Golf Coaching and Learning Experiences: We deliver unique golf experiences and tailored coaching sessions that attract new talent and develop skills in a nurturing and supportive way. This expert coaching adds depth and purpose to our networking experiences and events.
Building Powerful Networks: Away from the office, outside, spending quality time with colleagues and industry peers enables deeper and more meaningful connections to be formed. Our network includes a variety of disciplines and roles, not usually found at industry networking events.
Ensuring Continued Engagement: We move beyond one-off events, we take a long-term view and so our network enjoys repeat and sustained interaction over time. Thus, establishing trust which often leads to unlocking new opportunities for business, solutions to overcome work or project challenges and mentorship for peers and business owners.
Over the past year, we have curated a powerful network and a varied golf coaching and events programme that empowers women of all golfing abilities to step confidently into the world of golf. We are seeing more women actively taking part in industry golf days and have over 50 women in our community.
For 2026, we have expanded our programme further to provide more playing opportunities for our more experienced golfers and worked to enhance the successful Coaching & Networking days and Signature Events held throughout last year.
In addition to St Georges Hill Golf Club, Sunningdale Heath and The Drift, we now have access to Foxhills Golf Club and Leatherhead Golf Club.

All Academy coaching is managed separately. Please request schedule if interested.
"Momentum" a new programme for 2026 for ladies who are ready to play 18 holes and submit cards.
"All" includes the above plus, ladies who are happy to attend one-off coaching days and events. These events are also open to new members. The R&H Cup on the 24th September is a mixed event.
